Vendor Booth Space

Do not purchase booths unless you have been approved by the show chair. Do not purchase more booth space than you have been allotted by the show chair.

All vendors are by invitation only.  You may request an Invitation by submitting the vendor inquiry form below. Do not purchase booths unless you have been approved by the show chair. Do not purchase more booth space than you have been allotted by the show chair. 

Each vendor booth space is 8’x10’ and includes ONE skirted table and two chairs. Additional Skirted Tables are available at $35 per table. . If purchasing more than one booth, you may mix and match the booth types according to your needs (i.e., one with elec and one w/o elec). Pop-ups are acceptable.   Vendors are expected to vend for the duration of the Event. Corporate Sponsors will be given priority placement if they desire to vend at the event. (Let us know if you are interested in being a sponsor.)

There is no additional fee for parking. If you are staying at the hotel, please remember to make your room reservations early as rooms typically fill up quickly.

Vendors who are also show sponsors (sponsorships start as low as $500) have their space w/electric provided as part of their sponsorship. Most sponsorships include a sponsor banner on the website. Sponsor banners on marketing emails to our base are also available depending on the type of sponsorship. If you are interested in more information about being a sponsor, please let us know!
