Welcome! We are delighted to have you join us for a week filled with events, camaraderie, and Cavaliers. Thank you for being part of our National Specialty, we look forward to a fantastic week together!

Sunday is our Conformation and Obedience set up day. If you are looking to volunteer this year, please see our sign-up genius for opportunities Sunday or throughout the week. It takes a Village… Our grooming areas should be ready by Sunday evening and can be found In the Convention Center B. Reserved grooming includes electricity and can be purchased. Please remember that each grooming space can only use one plug in at a time or we will experience outages. We will also have a day crating area in Convention Center B. All crates and tables must be removed from the day crating area each evening. There will not be electricity available in the day crating area as the hotel charges for electricity.

There will be bathing stations outside of the Outside of Convention Center B with Booster Baths and warm water. Please do not use hotel towels for drying your dogs.  The property does have washers and dryers: under no circumstances should these be used for dog towels or bedding. If a need arises to wash dog towels or bedding there is a laundromat within 5 minutes. (South John B Laundry)

IMPORTANT NOTE: As a group we need to do better in respecting the hotel property. It is getting more difficult to find nice venues when dogs are peeing all over everything. We understand that accidents happen, and the hotel will have clean up products available.

If you are taking your dogs outside, please consider rolling them out in crates and not letting them walk in the hallway. If you do need to walk them, please put a bellyband on the boys. Even if your boys are perfect at home, please belly band them in the room so that they are not peeing on beds and curtains. There are always in season girls at this show and the boys mark. If your girls are in season, either keep them off of the furniture and carpet or put some fancy pants on them so that we don’t have blood stains on the linens or furniture. Each and every one of these things happened at previous shows and we can do better 😊. Finally, don’t forget to pick up your dog’s poop and dispose of it properly.

All week long we will be having hospitality in the Holston Room. Morning Hospitality will be from 7:00-9:00 Afternoon hospitality will depend on when we break for lunch, but an announcement will be made each day.
