Vendor Information

All vendors are by invitation only.  You may request an Invitation by submitting the vendor inquiry form below.

Each vendor booth space is 8’x10’ and includes ONE skirted table and two chairs. Additional Skirted Tables are available at $35 per table Pop-ups are acceptable. Some vendor booths will be located outside the exhibition room.  Vendors are expected to vend for the duration of the Event. Corporate Sponsors will be given priority placement if they desire to vend at the event. (Let us know if you are interested in being a sponsor.)

All vendors are expected to donate an item valued at $50 or more to the ACKCSC. Please describe the item or items you will be donating:
Each vendor booth space is 8’x10’ and includes a skirted table and two chairs. Pop-ups are acceptable. Booth location preference priority will be given to vendors who are also show sponsors. Vendors are expected to arrive & set up on Sunday, April 30th and vend for the duration of the Event.

VENDOR BOOTH FEES:

$150 with electric

There is currently a $10/day parking fee being charged by the City/Hotel. We are trying to get this waived or reduced but at this time plan for the $10/day charge. no additional fee for parking. If you are staying at the hotel, please remember to make your room reservations early as rooms typically fill up quickly.

Notes:

Vendors who are also show sponsors (sponsorships start as low as $500) have their space w/electric provided as part of their sponsorship. Most sponsorships include a sponsor banner on the website. Sponsor banners on marketing emails to our base are also available depending on the type of sponsorship. If you are interested in more information about being a sponsor, please let us know!
