Back to the Cape Cod area in 2025! Using our favorite Hyannis venue – but under new ownership and Management. It is now called the Emerald Resort www.theemeraldresort.com . The Conformation show dates are Monday April 14th through Friday April 18th. We are still working our exact dates for our performance and companion events.
To create your reservation, go to www.theemeraldresort.com . There is a green tab on the upper left corner that says BOOK ONLINE. Once you have clicked on the page, fill out the information and it will bring you to a list of rooms.
Please remember that almost all of the rooms require some stairs. There is only one wing that does not require either stairs or going outside to get to your room without stairs. If you do not require a scooter to get around, please leave these rooms for someone who does. The club reserves the right to reassign rooms to those with scooters if necessary.
The rooms will all say no dogs allowed. We are the only event that they have that allows dogs on the property, so just ignore that note, and please remember to be courteous and responsible so that we may maintain this privilege. When you are searching for Availability, it will ask you for a group code. Our group code is AMCAV25. The hotel will be closing for 2 weeks after our event, so everyone must be checked out by Saturday morning.

Reservation Information & Terms:
1 Nights Rm & Tax Advance Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. We do charge the Credit Card at the time the reservation is made. At the time of check in a $100 security deposit will be collected. If no damage to the guest room, the $100 deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit is the responsibility of each individual. Waivers explaining this deposit will be signed by all individuals at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Deposit is refundable (minus a $15 service charge) only if cancellation notice is received ONE WEEK (7 days) prior to arrival. Remainder of the balance will be due upon check out.
All cancellations within Six days or less (6 days) prior to the arrival date the entire deposit will be forfeited. Change of Arrival Date or Change in Departure Date, guest must do so by 11:00 am the Day Before Arrival or Departure otherwise a (1) Nights Room & Tax will be forfeited.
We are confident that in the end, we will have enough rooms for all that want to attend, but our historical data shows that we sell out the hotel space quickly, so please be patient and kind to our volunteers and the hotel staff and we will work with you to try to ensure everyone gets a room.
