Important: If meals (dinners, lunches) are available at the event, they will be subject to an additional $10-15 charge, which will be passed on to the attendee. Please pre-purchase your tickets to avoid extra cost and disappointment if tickets are not available. Most items will NOT be available after the store closes.

Join welcome party as we launch our pirate ship of fun for the week. We encourage you to “dress” as your favorite pirate for chances to win prizes. 

The TREASURE HUNT that begins at welcome party will RUN THROUGH Thursday evenings event. The MOST opportunities to win coin cards will be at the welcome party. Everyone will have the opportunity to earn “coin cards” throughout the week.
Daily hints will be given to find who has the coin cards.  Each card represents a chance to win one of three fabulous prizes. You put your name and phone number on card, drop in treasure chest and see who the lucky pirates are at Thursday awards dinner. The more you participate the more coin cards you can collect. 
 

Treasure Hunt GRAND PRIZE : Custom Cavalier Suitcase Trolly from Best In Show Trolly. 

2nd prize: Custom leather lead made by Sandra Norris owner of Champion Show Leads

3rd prize: Pair of spaniel bowls.

Rescue Trust Event

Please note: Funds are never taken from the Rescue Trust to pay for our Rescue Celebration. The event is fully sponsored by individuals who have donated the funds to host the event and even help underwrite the cost of your meal.  Enjoy the event, and let’s celebrate Rescue!

We’re gearing up for our annual FUNdraiser at the ACKCS Club’s National Show in Hyannis Port, Masachussets, the Paw-some Event of the Year!

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗘 – Help us continue our pawsitively amazing work by participating in our SILENT AUCTION!

Calling all crafters, artists, jewelers, and dog lovers! Donate unique items like spaniel bowls, Cavalier-inspired jewelry, toys fit for royalty, collectibles, vintage treasures, or artwork showcasing our beloved breed.

Join us in our Luminaries for Rescue!  This year’s Luminaries will support the ACKCS Rescue Trust. 

Donate a lovely luminary  in memory of a dog you have lost, a dog you have loved, a person who has fostered your interest in Cavaliers, your breeder, or just in recognition of our beautiful and loving breed.  Each luminary will bear the name of the dog/person you wish to honor.  Luminaries are $25 each (or 5 for $100) and will constitute a donation to the ACKCS Rescue Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization.   Let’s light up the night with our love for Cavaliers and make this a truly memorable event! You can take your bag home as a memento at the end of the evening — and if you can’t attend, we’ll even mail it to you if you’d like.

Don’t forget that you can take advantage of travel discounts AND help support the Cavalier Rescue Trust at no cost to you when you make your travel arrangements through www.Igive.com portal or by downloading their browser.  

When you register for this free service, you can designate the American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Rescue Trust as your beneficiary charitable organization.  Igive.com then donates a small portion of your purchase back to the Rescue Trust.

Reserved Banquet Table – Want to sit with your friends at the ACKCSC Banquet?  You can reserve a seating for Ten (10) persons.

INSTRUCTIONS: AFTER all persons sitting at your table have purchased their tickets, and you have confirmed they will be sitting at your table,  contact contact Erin Keen – erin.gaughran09@gmail.com and she will provide you with a one-time use, customer-specific password for your table purchase. 

You may email Erin directly, or you may use the following email form to submit the names of the 10 people to Erin AFTER they have all purchased dinners, but the same requirements listed below will apply.

You may list the people who will be setting at your reserved table in the spaces provided below. This is done to make sure that people are not listed as sitting at more than one table, so please confirm with your guests before submitting this email. All 10 names must be provided. "Unknown" or "Not Sure" lists will not be processed.

Your list will be sent to Erin Keen, who will follow up with you to provide a unique password to access the reserved table reservation product in the National Specialty ShopNow! Store. If you do not hear from Erin within 48 hours, please follow up with her to ensure she received your email.
