Set on 26 acres, The Founders Inn and Spa at Virginia Beach, Virginia, offers a relaxing and exciting venue. They are 16 miles from Virginia Beach waterfront, with a pet-friendly environment with an on-site dog park and plenty of rooms.

Simply use the form below to email Gwen and she will put you on the waitlist and notify you when a room becomes available. Please do not reserve a room ahead of time – if you do, you aren’t included in our block and the club loses some incentives with the hotel.
There is no need to call the Show Committee if you do not get a reservation at first try. This hotel has plenty of rooms. We are confident that in the end, we will have enough rooms in our block for all that want to attend, but our historical data shows that we sell out the reserved hotel space quickly, so please be patient and kind to our volunteers and the hotel staff and we will work with you to try to ensure everyone gets a room.

Please remember to be courteous and responsible and clean up after your dogs so that we may use this facility in the future. The promotional reservation rate ends on Friday, March 24m 2027.

However, we request that you try the online link to reserve a room before calling the hotel as the phones tend to get backed up when reservations first open and may delay your chance of getting a room when it first opens.
Reservation Information & Terms:
1 Night Rm & Tax Advance Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made; this is refundable if cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. There is a non-refundable $95 non-refunddable pet deposit per room. No more than 6 dogs per room.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Deposit is refundable (minus a $15 service charge) only if cancellation notice is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

RV parking will be available through the online store. Water is available for refilling RVs; RVs dump their trash and pet waste in the Group Dumpster . Please check in with the Show Chair upon arrival to pick up your spot assignment and parking tag. Please use trash receptacles and keep your area clean and quiet. RV parking is reserved with Meadowview at $45/day – no hookups. Includes access to the fitness center, locker rooms, spa showers and pool.
