2026 takes us to the beautiful rolling green hills and Smoky Mountain backdrop of Kingsport, Tennessee!  We’re so excited about the beautiful Meadowview Resort as our venue!  The event begins with Scent Works starting on Saturday, April 12th at Meadowview, followed by Conformation and Companion Events beginning on Monday, April 14th, and finishing up with Agility April 17-19th at Three Bulls Farm in Bulls Gap, TN.  

To create your reservation, go to https://book.passkey.com/go/ACKCSNationalSpecialty. The group rate is $159 plus taxes/fees.  Rooms will not be available for reservation until Tuesday, July 15th at 1:00 EST.

Please remember to be courteous and responsible and clean up after your dogs so that we may use this facility in the future.  The promotional reservation rate ends on Friday, March 13, 2026. 

The Reservations Office is [+1] 800-228-9290.  If you call, ask for the American Cavalier King Charles Call In Room Block.  However, we request that you try the online link to reserve a room before calling the hotel.

Reservation Information & Terms:

1 Night Rm & Tax Advance Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. There is a non-refundable $50/room pet deposit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Deposit is refundable (minus a $15 service charge) only if cancellation notice is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

The Hotel Rooms do not have refrigerators
The Hotel does have an electric car charging station

There is no need to call the Show Committee if you do not get a reservation at first try.  This hotel has over 300 rooms. We are confident that in the end, we will have enough rooms in our block for all that want to attend, but our historical data shows that we sell out the hotel space quickly, so please be patient and kind to our volunteers and the hotel staff and we will work with you to try to ensure everyone gets a room.
