Participant Criteria for ACKCSC Health Alliance Health Survey
This health survey, presented by the ACKCSC Health Alliance and the ACKCSC, is intended for owners and breeders of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, including those involved in breeding, conformation, performance, and companionship. While the primary focus is on the health of older Cavaliers, submissions for dogs of all ages are welcome.

Participants are asked to provide information on up to five dogs that lived in their household during the year 2024. Dogs may be living or deceased at the time of survey completion. Please begin with the oldest dog and proceed in descending order of age.

This survey is an anonymous survey so your responses are  confidential. Your contribution is vital in helping us better understand the health trends and needs of our beloved breed.
