Another lovely Blenheim youngster of excellent breed type who impressed with her overall balance and other breed qualities. Although not yet as forward in head development as the class winner, she has all the essentials and simply requires time to mature, particularly to gain further fill under the eyes, which will only serve to enhance her already lovely expression.

She has a beautiful head with lovely eyes, a correct tapered muzzle, and well-set ears that frame the face beautifully, creating the soft, gentle expression so characteristic of the breed. Her neck and shoulders are well constructed, leading into well-sprung ribs, a short-coupled body, and a broad pelvis, giving her a balanced and compact outline.

Her hindquarters are well made, with good angulation and short, well-developed second thighs, providing strength and balance. She has good bone, a straight front, and moved soundly in both directions.

Initially a little reserved, she settled as the class progressed, and once her confidence grew, she really came into her own. Her tail never stopped wagging, reflecting the happy, outgoing temperament so typical of the breed.

A delightful six-month-old puppy who competed with great credit in a particularly strong Minor Puppy class. Despite her tender age, she already displays many of the qualities of a promising young Cavalier.

She possesses the prettiest of heads, complemented by dark, expressive eyes that create a beautiful, feminine expression. I was particularly taken with her overall shape and breed type, both of which are highly desirable on one so young.

She has lovely bone, a good front, correct angulation, and particularly pleasing hindquarters, all contributing to a balanced and well-made youngster.

There is so much to admire about this lovely little bitch at only six months of age. With continued growth and maturity, she has every reason to fulfil her obvious promise. A very attractive youngster with an exciting future ahead.

A very easy winner in a quality class. Spot on for breed type, with no hint of exaggeration. A beautifully balanced exhibit with a moderate head of correct proportions. His large, round, dark eyes are a particular virtue, combining with a sweet, gentle expression that is so essential to the breed. Well cushioned beneath the eyes with a well-tapered muzzle and pleasing finish. Compact and elegant, with excellent overall balance. Stood confidently for examination, displaying the true gentle temperament expected of the breed. On the move he was particularly impressive, free-moving and elegant with good reach in front and sound drive behind, maintaining his topline and moving as one balanced, harmonious unit.

A quality Cavalier of outstanding breed type, combining moderation, balance and soundness with the classic soft expression that defines the breed. A thoroughly deserving winner of this excellent class.

2ndSEABOURNE ALL IN LIGHTS

Another lovely bitch of pleasing breed type with many attractive qualities. She has a slightly longer foreface than preferred, but this is balanced by the best of eyes, giving her a soft and appealing expression. Her lip finish is neat and completes an already lovely head.

She presents a balanced outline with a good topline and correct tail set. Well-constructed front assembly, matching rear, and good bone throughout.

On the move she was a little close behind initially, but once she settled, she showed to much better advantage and demonstrated the quality that first appealed. She moved with greater confidence as the class progressed and gave a pleasing overall performance.

A quality youngster with much to commend. As she continues to mature and strengthen behind, she should become an even more accomplished exhibit.

3rdSARANADE MI AMOUR

A very nice young bitch who was presented as a quality exhibit with much to admire. At this stage she is a little lighter in body than some of the higher-placed exhibits, but she has an excellent foundation and should continue to improve with maturity.

She has a lovely head with the darkest of eyes, a good muzzle, correct stop, and well-set ears, giving her an attractive, feminine expression. Her neck and shoulders are well constructed, leading into a good front with straight bone and well-sprung ribs. She is slightly longer cast but has a good broad pelvis and well-balanced angulation front and rear.

Presented in a lovely coat of rich chestnut colour, she completed an attractive outline with good tail carriage. She moved and showed well, demonstrating her sound construction and a pleasing ring presence.

She would benefit from carrying a little more body and developing further maturity, which should complete the overall picture. A very promising young bitch with excellent breed type and every prospect of becoming an even stronger competitor as she continues to mature.

A lovely little Ruby bitch of excellent breed type, presented in a rich, beautifully coloured jacket that immediately caught the eye. Her deep ruby colour, combined with the darkest of expressive eyes, gives her an especially attractive and feminine appeal.

She is a well-made youngster with good bone, a good front, and excellent ribbing, all contributing to a balanced and pleasing outline. She carries herself well and has many of the qualities expected in a quality young Cavalier.

At present she is still gaining confidence in the ring. As her confidence grows, she will carry herself up more making better use of her length of leg. This will further enhance her outline and performance.

There was much to admire about this lovely Ruby, and she left a very favourable impression. A bitch of lovely type and excellent colour, with all the attributes to improve significantly as she gains experience and self-assurance. One I liked a great deal.

A complete little package and a thoroughly deserving winner of a very competitive Junior Bitch class. She is beautifully balanced throughout, combining excellent breed type with sound construction, femininity, and outstanding ring presence; verging on the precocious’ which I love to see.

She is short backed with lovely angulation front and rear, giving her a harmonious outline and balanced proportions. Her head is particularly sweet, with a most beautiful face, lovely large, dark and round eye, with well-set ears that frame the head perfectly, creating the soft, gentle expression.

Her correct tail set and well-broken coat complete an attractive overall picture. She moved with purpose and precision, maintaining her balance and outline, and showed exceptionally well throughout the class. Her enthusiasm never faltered, displaying the happy, outgoing temperament so typical of the cavalier.

A truly beautiful young bitch who ran the class winner so very close, displaying exceptional breed type and quality throughout. She is an elegant, well-balanced exhibit with much to admire and all the essentials of a top-class Cavalier.

Her head is particularly impressive, with beautiful eyes, correct stop, a neatly tapered muzzle with correct lip finish, and high-set ears framing the face to enhance her lovely, feminine expression. Her head proportions are exactly what one looks for in the breed, giving her outstanding type and character.

There was very little to separate her from the class winner. The only point noted was that she could show with a little more animation to fully display all her many virtues. With increased ring presence, she will undoubtedly trouble the very best.

She has a good neck and shoulder assembly, leading into a firm rib, good topline, and a broad base to the pelvis. She is slightly longer cast, but retains good balance and has a strong, well-developed rear assembly.

An extremely pretty young bitch with many qualities to admire. She possesses a very attractive headpiece, with lovely large, dark eyes creating an excellent expression. Although slightly shorter in foreface, she has a very appealing expression, enhanced by her high-set ears which frame the face beautifully.

As said, her muzzle is a little shorter, but she has a dark expressive eyes that provide softness. The ear placement is excellent and contributes greatly to her overall appeal.

She has a very good neck and shoulder assembly, flowing into a level topline and an excellent broad base to the pelvis. Her construction is sound throughout, with lovely angulation front and rear, excellent straight bone, and a correct tail set completing a balanced outline.

Presented in excellent condition, she showed herself well and demonstrated a great deal of quality. She moved just a little close behind on the day, although this is something that may improve naturally with age, maturity, and further strengthening.

An extremely correct Blenheim bitch who was a convincing winner of the class, combining excellent breed type with sound construction and a beautifully balanced outline. Although slightly larger throughout, she is very correct in every respect and presents a highly desirable picture.

Her overall shape and outline are particularly pleasing, enhanced with perfect Blenheim markings complete with a lozenge. The head is very attractive, with lovely eyes, a moderate stop, well-tapered muzzle, and sufficient fill under the eye to create the desired soft expression. Her large, dark, round eyes of beautiful dark brown colour are a major feature, complemented by high-set ears that frame the face beautifully. The lip finish is excellent and completes a very correct headpiece.

She has a lovely head shape, with beautiful eyes and an appealing expression. Her muzzle is well tapered, and her ears are good, contributing to an attractive and feminine Cavalier headpiece. She has good bone and a rich, deep ruby colour that enhances her overall appeal.

On the move, she really came into her own and presented a lovely picture, demonstrating balance, confidence, and the quality of her underlying construction. Her performance in motion highlighted the many virtues she possesses.

An eye-catching Blenheim bitch with striking markings and a very appealing overall presence. She presents a good shape and outline, with many qualities to admire in this developing youngster.

She has a nice neck and shoulder assembly, a very good front, and good angulation leading into a level topline. Her ribs are well rounded, and she is short coupled, with a correct tail set flowing straight off the back. Her rear angulation is good, contributing to a balanced and functional outline.

The head is attractive, with a moderate, pleasing head type, the best of eyes, a good muzzle, and a neat lip finish. Her expression is a real feature and adds greatly to her appeal. She is a deeper, stronger-bodied bitch, giving her substance and presence.

She is slightly longer cast and still has some finishing to do, but she never stopped showing and displayed a wonderful attitude in the ring. Her enthusiasm and confidence added greatly to her presentation.

A strikingly marked Blenheim bitch who presents with excellent breed character and a very pleasing overall picture. Although standing alone in her class, she demonstrated many qualities worthy of recognition.

Her rich chestnut markings on a pearly white background are particularly attractive, creating a very eye-catching appearance. The head is a strong feature, with the best of eyes, a lovely taper to the muzzle, a correct stop, and a pleasing head shape, contributing to a soft and feminine expression.

She has good depth of chest, a short back, and a level topline, giving her a balanced and compact outline. Her markings and overall presentation add greatly to her appeal. She maintained a happy, outgoing attitude throughout, never stopping wagging her tail, which reflects the breed’s delightful temperament.

She moved well in both directions, demonstrating soundness and confidence. The only area requiring further development is finish, although this may simply be seasonal and should improve with time and maturity.

A beautiful little Blenheim bitch of excellent breed type, presenting as a small, neat, and compact package. Her lightly marked pattern, with rich chestnut colour, gives her a very attractive and refined appearance.

She has a pretty head with excellent eyes and excellent ear placement, creating a lovely Cavalier expression. Her skull is correct, with a good moderate stop, a well-tapered muzzle, and a lovely lip finish. The only minor point noted was that her nose pigment was slightly off, but this did not detract significantly from her overall appeal.

A lovely typey Tricolour bitch with many excellent breed qualities and a very pleasing overall picture. At four years of age, she demonstrates good maturity and has a great deal to admire in her construction and expression.

Her head is particularly attractive, with beautiful expressive eyes, a nice stop, correctly tapered muzzle, good nose pigment, and excellent ear placement. Her ears frame the face beautifully, enhancing her softness.

She has a good neck and shoulder assembly, although she is slightly longer cast than ideal. This does not detract significantly from her overall balance, and she retains a pleasing outline.
