Set on 26 acres, The Founders Inn and Spa at Virginia Beach, Virginia, offers a relaxing and exciting venue. They are 16 miles from Virginia Beach waterfront, with a\u00a0 pet-friendly environment with an on-site dog park and plenty of rooms.<\/span><\/p>

Simply use the form below to email Gwen and she will put you on the waitlist and notify you when a room becomes available<\/strong><\/span>. Please do not reserve a room ahead of time – if you do, you aren’t included in our block and the club loses some incentives with the hotel.<\/p>

There is no need to call the Show Committee if you do not get a reservation at first try.<\/span>\u00a0 This hotel has plenty of rooms. We are confident that in the end, we will have enough rooms in our block for all that want to attend, but our historical data shows that we sell out the reserved hotel space quickly, so please be patient and kind to our volunteers and the hotel staff and we will work with you to try to ensure everyone gets a room.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Reservations Office is [+1] 757-366-5700 or [+1} 800-926-4466.\u00a0 If you call, ask for the American Cavalier King Charles Call In Room Block.\u00a0 However<\/strong>, we request that you try the online link to reserve a room before<\/strong> calling the hotel as the phones tend to get backed up when reservations first open and may delay your chance of getting a room when it first opens.<\/p>

Reservation Information & Terms:<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

1 Night Rm & Tax Advance Deposit is due at the time the reservation is made; this is refundable if cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. There is a non-refundable <\/strong>$95 non-refunddable pet deposit per room.\u00a0 No more than 6 dogs per room.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/strong> The Deposit is refundable (minus a $15 service charge) only if cancellation notice is received at least 3 working <\/strong>days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained<\/strong>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
