R.V. Parking Reservations
PLEASE NOTE:
RV reservation application can be downloaded here - The Roberts Centre will be taking RV reservations starting Wednesday, May 12, 2021 beginning at 11am EDT. The application & payment must be sent via email no earlier than Wednesday, May 12th and
NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Spots will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Our Club's RV Parking Chair is Roger Hunter (see below). The hotel contact for RV reservations (and where you should mail the RV Application Form) is Crissie Williamson

The hotel has upgraded their RV parking for 2022, and now all 26 RV spots will have full hookups. $40/night and must be reserved in advance. The Club is reserving one of the spots with full hookups to be kept open for dumping. They also have virtually unlimited dry parking available at $25/night.
RV Parking is in the gravel lot directly outside Royal Canin Ring Ballroom D. All RV exhibitors are to check-in upon their arrival with the front desk of the Holiday Inn to receive a parking permit prior to parking. RV parking reservation is to be made directly with the Roberts Centre/Holiday Inn, not through our Club Chairman. Advanced arrangements need to be made to stay overnight at the facility past April 16th.
As good neighbors, please keep all equipment, extra cars (max of 2 per RV), etc, in your assigned area and dispose of all trash in receptacles provided.
There is a local RV center that rents RVs and will drop them off and pick them up at Roberts Centre:

We also understand that you can rent RVs at a very reasonable price at www.outdoorsy.com - the Club, Holiday Inn and Roberts Centre have NO affiliation or contract with outdoorsy.com.
Cars, vans and RV 's are only allowed on designated roadways and parking areas, Other motorized vehicles are not allowed on premises with the exception of wheelchairs and golf carts for handicapped exhibitors.
RV Reservations will need to be made directly with the hotel.
