The ACKCSC puts on an annual event attended by an average of 500 fun, fantastic dog-lovers. The Event is also of special interest to many members of Regional Cavalier Clubs, and individuals owning Cavaliers as pets. By supporting the annual National Specialty Event, you will gain exposure not only to our attendees, but a broader reach to those interested in the event through our emails and social media interactions (during last show, our FB followers were over 1,000 and our reach was over 2,200). The Event also supports the ACKCS Rescue Trust, extending our social media reach on many occasions to its 13,000+ followers; and the ACKCS Charitable Trust and its 900 followers. Fundraisers for both Trusts are held at the National Specialty Event each year and are advertised on their pages and through emails. So when you sponsor the National Specialty, you help both of those organizations and appeal to their followers. Remember, these are people that not only need dog related products, but also purchase insurance, travel (many times extensively), dine out, work out, and purchase everyday goods.

The 2022 National Specialty Show & Event will be held in Wilmington, Ohio. Sponsorships are vital to putting on a successful show. This event is of interest and advertised to cavalier owners, breeders and exhibitors nationwide through our quarterly national newsletter magazine, and electronically through our event website, Facebook page, and monthly email marketing
We are a 100% Volunteer non-profit organization. Everything we do is for our beautiful breed and we could use your help!
A National Specialty is not just a dog show; it is an annual gathering of those interested in sustaining and improving the breed, addressing its health concerns, and keeping current on information pertaining to the breed. The event includes a health clinic, seminars, social events, a Charitable Trust Banquet & Auction (the Charitable Trust is the organization that helps fund research into cavalier-related health studies), obedience, rally & conformation competition, therapy dog certification, a rescue dog parade, judges education and more. Hosting an event such as this is unfortunately expensive, and we are seeking corporate sponsors to assist in providing financial backing in exchange for advertising to the cavalier and all-breed dog fancier community.
There are many ways that a company can sponsor the event, from a basic sponsorship that would include a link on our website, to an event sponsor that includes logo signage and handouts at specific events, to becoming a major show or event sponsor that would provide your company with click- through banners and mention in all marketing media such as emails, event website, and Facebook pages, a vendor's table if desired, and would include your company's name in magazine advertising and event signage, and email advertising of seminars and health clinics to upper midwest all-breed exhibitors. We can also offer catalog advertising and event signage, and/or the ability to include a brochure in the exhibitor welcome bags. We can build personalized sponsorship packages, not simply pre-set sponsorship levels, in order to provide a package that works best for each sponsor.
